Scratch Made EP004: Lade Akande feat. Kendall Matthews

We sat down with Lade Akande, the Food Fellowship Director at The Patachou Foundation, and Kendall Matthews, a Food Fellowship Alumnus. We talked to Lade about her background and role with the Food Fellowship, how the program fits into the Patachou Foundation’s mission, and what the food fellows will be up to this summer. We also got insight from Kendall about his experience in the food fellowship, his major take aways from the program and some of the skills he gained from his experience.
